Our Story
LivsFestiGarms started in May 2019. I was off to my first ever festival, Nass in Bristol, UK, and was after a festival outfit!
I couldn’t seem to find any I liked online, but had an idea in mind for a flame two piece. I went to Fabric Land with my grandma, picked out the fabric I was after and went to hers to learn how to sew it!
I started with a simple outfit, boobtube and shorts. I really enjoyed creating this outfit, and wanted to make another. After creating a few festival outfits (and having loads of fun), I was convinced by my family to list them on depop to see if there was any interest.
To my surprise, the orders started rolling in! I was so nervous, I had only made a few outfits so wasn’t too confident in sewing. After a summer of making festival outfits and selling through depop, I decided to create my own website.
This was really scary, I had never done anything like this before. I quit my job at the pub in my village and doubled down on the business, and it payed off!
I am forever grateful for my customers from the first few months of LivsFestiGarms, as well as every single supporter, follower and customer since then. You have all shown so much support for me over the years, and I have online friends for life!
Have a scroll to see pictures from over the years!
This is the first ever outfit I made, I felt so confident in it & so happy I made it myself! Looking back, I look like such a baby!!
Here are some pictures of what I created in the first year of LFG. I had a makeshift home photoshoot set up to take pictures of my new collections, and would send full collections to influencers to shoot for me!
Now I’m lucky enough to have photoshoots in an actual studio with paid models, as well as meeting up with customers at events and festivals to shoot content!! I’m so lucky to call this my job, thank you to all of my customers and supporters, you mean the world to me.
Lots of love, Liv xxx
