DO YOU DO CUSTOM SIZES?

If you would like a custom size, make your order on the website and then DM or email us with your order number, bust, hip and waist measurements. Please note we do not offer exchanges or altercations for custom sizes as it is made to the measurements you have given me.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently accept returns or refunds. This is because everything is handmade and custom to order. Please remember when looking at our size guide, everything is made from stretchy lycra unless stated otherwise!

If you are unsure of what size to order just DM or email us. You have 6 hours from when you order to alter your order. After this the fabric has been ordered and in some cases your order has already been made.

I’m hoping to be able to offer returns in the future, but for now it is just run by Liv so this isn’t possible.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

If you do order something and it doesn’t fit, I offer ONE free exchange for a different size. Bikini bottoms and costumes cannot be exchanged or altered. Orders using custom fabrics cannot be exchanged. Flares, dresses, playsuits and jumpsuits can only be made SMALLER. I am not responsible for your exchange once you have posted it or I have posted it back. Please order the correct size, your measurements will be cross referenced with our size guide if you do need an exchange. If the measurements are significantly different to our size guide, the exchange will not be accepted. Send it tracked or signed for, for a better chance of it not getting lost. You have 5 days from when you have received your order to reach out for an exchange. Please remember I cannot exchange items if the tag has been taken off.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

MADE TO ORDER: Please allow 7-18 working days for your order to be made. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Allow 1-4 working days to receive your order in the UK, and up to 25 working days for international. Royal Mail are responsible for your order once it has been shipped.

READY TO SHIP: Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be shipped.

RUSH MY ORDER:

MADE TO ORDER: If you need your order in a hurry, just press the “rush my order” postage option at checkout! This means your order will be sent within 1-5 working days, and posted SPECIAL DELIVERY with Royal Mail. This only applies to UK orders. Please DM or email us before ordering to see if we can fit you in

READY TO SHIP: Please choose the rush my order or UK tracked shipping option to receive your order quicker once its been posted

I’VE RECEIVED A CUSTOMS CHARGE?

It is very unlikely you will get charged for customs, but if you do it is up to the customer to pay for the charges.

I DON’T LIKE MY ORDER, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

MADE TO ORDER: Your order is completely customised to what you’ve purchased, I only offer size exchanges for the exact thing you have ordered. Please think about colours and styles that you like before ordering.

READY TO SHIP: We unfortunately do not accept returns for ready to order items unless the item is faulty.
