1. YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.

After you have placed your order you will get a confirmation email. Thank you for ordering! If you would like to change your order you have 6 hours from when your order is placed to reach out. The next working day we order the fabric needed to make your outfit, or in some cases your outfit will be made the same day!

2. CUT & SEW.

Once your fabric has been delivered, we carefully cut and sew your festival outfit, as well as sewing in our LIVSFESTIGARMS label. All of this is done by Liv.

3. QUALITY CHECK AND PACKAGE.

Now your order has been made, we quality check what we have made and make sure it it made to the correct size and to the best possible quality. We then wrap and package the order, along with our business card and a card letting you know how to wash your items.

4. SHIPPING.

Once your order has been packaged, we take all the parcels to the post office to be shipped. We send UK items Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, and international orders Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Royal Mail are now responsible for your order.
